I recently received a VAT number. Is it possible to switch from a private to a professional account?

That is possible in case you have a valid VAT number.

You need to be logged in to change your private account to a professional account. Your current information is saved in ‘My account’.  Where do I find ‘My account’?

• At this moment you will see that the type of your account is ‘private’.

• You will be able to change the customer type by clicking on ‘Edit personal details’.

• In ‘Edit personal details’ you will be able to adjust the customer type from ‘private’ to ‘professional’.

• Fill in your company name and VAT number.

• Save this information by clicking ‘Save details’.

Please note that your VAT number will be checked. Only after approval you will get access to the professional section of our website.
