Has my order been shipped?
Parcels less than 26KG:
When you place an order with us, you will first receive an email confirming your order.
Next you will receive an email with the confirmation that we have successfully registered the payment of your order.
In this email you will also find the link with the track & trace info.
By clicking on this link you can monitor your package at all times.
Please note:
It is possible that you will not be able to monitor your package immediately after receiving the email.
Per pallet (Only on request)
= Total weight of order is heavier than 130 kg
= 1 product in order is heavier than 26 kg
You will still receive an email with the confirmation of your order as well as a separate email confirming that we have successfully registered the payment of your order.
You will not receive a track and trace code.
We ask you to indicate when delivery is possible during the ordering process.
You decide the day of delivery of your order yourself. (Working days)
If nothing is indicated, we assume that someone is present at the delivery address on working days between 08h-18h.
Please note that in case of absence an extra fee will be charged.
