When will I be refunded?
You will be refunded once the returned package has been checked at our warehouse:
- Original package
- Unopened and undamaged
We will then refund the invoiced amount (minus the shipping and return costs). The payment will be refunded within 10 working days after arrival of the products at our warehouse. We will confirm by email.
The amount will be refunded to the account number you used to place your order.
