How do I return my order?
We happily accept returns in original condition. All return requests must be made within 14 days after the date of delivery.
If the order has been sent by DPD:

- Your order number
You have the following options:
- If you wish to take care of the return yourself (costs depend on the company that will return your package)
- If you choose to return your package to a DPD parcel shop (€20/package of 26 kg). You will receive a return label from us which you need to attach to your package.
Order sent by pallet:

We will contact you as soon as possible. The costs will depend on the weight of your package and the region you live in.
Note that in both cases the customer is responsible for return shipments until the shipment has arrived and is processed in our warehouse.
It is important that the package is firmly packed and cannot be damaged during transportation. Please keep the proof of shipment near until you receive our confirmation that we have received your return.
