Why don't I get free shipping?

You are logged in as a professional, this means you have access to the professional section of the MisterOil website.
We believe that when our products are purchased for professional purposes a different and therefore a more competitive price should be charged, compared to customer who buys this product for private use. 
We would like to be open and honest with you about this price.
There is no free shipping at the professional section of the MisterOil website. However, in the professional section of the MisterOil website you get adjusted and more competitive prices than in the private section. Only when you are logged in with your professional account (with a valid VAT number) you can see and order at these prices.
On the private part of the website, shipping is free in several cases. Please note that it is not free for us to send these packages and that we therefore take this free shipping into account when setting the product prices, just like any other webshop.
The products therefore are slightly more expensive, which makes it possible for us to offer free shipping.
In the professional section of the website, larger orders are placed more often. This would mean that many professional customers would pay the shipping costs 2, 3 or even 4 times as this is always included in the price of our products. For this reason, a professional customer pays shipping costs.
Again, we like to be fair and offer you fair prices.
