Castrol Engine Shampoo

Modern driving creates combustion by-products that can build up in your oil. When these cake and accumulate they form layers of sludge that can harm engine performance, especially in the latest precision engines. Castrol “Engine Shampoo” helps to maintain engine power and efficiency by adding it to the engine just before changing the oil, then idling the engine for ten minutes.

• Designed as a parts-friendly formulation not to attack especially engine seal and other parts, in spite of powerful cleaning.
• It’s very simple to use: add Castrol Engine Shampoo to the engine just before changing the oil, then idle the engine for ten minutes.

1. Heat-up the engine before operation.
2. Stop the engine and add 300ml of “Engine Shampoo” to the existing engine oil through the filler cap.
3. Re-start and idle the engine for approximately 10 minutes.
4. Stop the engine and drain the used engine oil.
5. Change the oil filter and fill new engine oil.

• Do not add to gasoline.
• Do not drive with the used engine oil containing “Engine Shampoo”.
• Be careful not to get burned when the used oil is drained.
• Add 300ml of “Engine Shampoo” for the engine which has 3 – 6 liter oil capacity. (Please check the engine oil capacity in your owner’s manual).
• This product may freeze under extreme cold condition. 
• Do not use for Rotary and 2-cycle engines.
