DESCRIPTION
Valvoline Ultramax HVLP 46, premium hydraulic oil formulated for industrial and earth moving equipment. This range of high viscosity index (VI) hydraulic oils offers superior anti-wear protection and heavy-duty service performance even in extreme climatic conditions.
APPLICATIONS
- Applications include off-highway equipment subjected to high and low temperatures like hydraulic systems of industrial and earth moving equipment.
- Hydraulic cranes and lifts, loaders, reach trucks, forklifts, excavators, dumpers, loading ramps, and tailboards.
- Hydraulic systems working in very cold or very warm circumstances :
- Forklifts in freezing warehouses
- Lifts in high buildings
- Hydraulic steering cabin of a ship
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- Superior performance
The Ultramax HVLP range is formulated with premium quality mineral base oils and specially selected additives to guarantee a very low pour point, excellent oxidation stability and good flow characteristics. - Superior protection
The Ultramax HVLP hydraulic oil has a high load-carrying capacity and provides good protection against corrosion, foaming, and sludge building.
Good anti-wear performance - prevents wear of internal components and reduces downtime. - Consistent viscosity
High viscosity index helps improve system operation over a wide temperature range. Excellent viscosity-temperature properties at very high and very low temperatures. Stable viscosity over a long period.
Available in three ISO viscosity grades. - Severe working conditions
Ultramax HVLP hydraulic oils can even be used in unfavorable working conditions, like road building and mining or work in damp conditions. The product can handle small quantities of penetrating dust or water and resists foaming, caused by access of air via leaking seals.
