DESCRIPTION
Valvoline Diesel System Cleaner is a high performance direct cleaning additive for all diesel engines. Especially effective for instant cleaning of electronically and mechanically controlled injection nozzles. Ensures the injection system is clean.
Applications
- Suitable for all diesel engines of passenger cars.
- Recommended application : Use prior to all adjustment work and emission metrology (soot particles).
- Apply when:
- Emission readings are showing issues.
- Soot generation is high
- Repair work on injection systems is performed
- Engine performance drops

- Highly effective cleaning of the diesel system : A cleaning agent which is especially effective to clean the injection system. Removes harmful deposits to help restoring engine performance.
- Helps to Restore full engine performance : Especially recommended when engine performance is poor, fuel consumption and soot generation is high or emission readings indicate issues.

USAGE ADVICE
- The cleaning process can take place in two ways: by the tank or by filling the filter.
- 1 metal bottle (300 ml) is suitable for engine capacity up to 3000cc.
- Cleaning process by tank : The optimum cleaning effect is achieved by adding the metal bottle content (300 ml) to 30 liters of fuel. Add the content of the bottle (300 ml) to the tank. Take a test drive (If possible 30 km highway).
- Cleaning process via fuel filter (workshop) : Renew the filter. Fill up the filter with the complete Diesel System Cleaner (300 ml). Remount the filter. Deflate air. Cleaning process ca. 10 min with changing rotational speed up to max. 2000 rpm.
