USAGE ADVICE
- Before use, carefully read the directions on the packaging.
- Valvoline Zinc Spray should be at room temperature before use. The processing temperature should be between 15 to 25°C.
- Shake 2 minutes before use and spray a sample.
- Pre-treatment:
- The surface to be treated should be clean, dry and free of grease.
- Remove loose old lacquer and rust and sand the surface
- Treatment:
- When spraying, the distance between the spray and the surface should be approx. 25 to 30 centimetres.
- Apply the spray in several thin layers. Before applying the next layer, shake the spray can.
- When desired, after drying a primer and a lacquer can be applied.
- After use, clean the valve (turn aerosol upside down and press the nozzle for approx. 5 seconds).
- The drying time depends on the ambient temperature, the air humidity and the thickness of the lacquer applied.
