DESCRIPTION
febi ATF 134 (29449) stands out with its state-of-the-art properties. It has been developed specifically to optimise the shifting ‘comfort’ in MercedesBenz-NAG2 automatic transmissions. Its highlights include high fuel-saving potential and increased friction-stability
Applications
- This ATF is used in the latest generation of the automatic (NAG 2) 7-speed torque converter transmission (type 722.9).
- The oil stands out with important wear and frictionmodifier additive systems, offering function across the entire transmission service life.
- It is particularly suitable for use in rear wheel drive vehicles with the 5 speed automatic transmission and controlled-converter bridging clutch (type 722.6), where it offers a noticeably better shifting ‘comfort’.
- This ATF is also suitable for use in the Chrysler Crossfire and other vehicles for which febi ATF - or an ATF according to MB 236.14 - is required.
- febi ATF is also intended for use in vehicles by SsangYong that are equipped with MB-automatic devices.
- Additionally, it is downwards-compatible with products that meet MB 236.12 specification and replaces them in nearly all applications.
FEATURES AND BENEFITS
- Optimum behaviour at low temperatures. Compatible with synthetic-base oils.
- Product based on selected base oils (group III plus).
- Thanks to its low viscosity, ATF stands out with its high fuel-saving potential.
- The oil is enormously resistant to friction vibrations and prevents erratic shifting even after a long run-time.
- The friction-coefficient behaviour across the run-time is extraordinarily constant; ensuring ideal clutch behaviour in operation.
- Further additive components ensure outstanding ageing and oxidation stability.
- Particularly suitable for vehicles that show signs of shifting problems and loss of shifting ‘comfort’.
USAGE ADVICE
- Durability/storage: 5 years at proper storage in the unopened original package, with no exposure to sun, frost or rain, at a bearing temperature between +5 °C and 40 °C!
