Total Carter SH 220 is a synthetic PAO oil for enclosed gear drives, bearings and couplings.
Applications
Carter SH has been specially designed for lubricating enclosed gear drives operating under severe conditions. These include :
- Light to heavy duty gearboxes.
- Carter SH has been developed based on PAO (Polyalphaolefin) for enclosed gear drives to provide optimum gear protection against micro pitting and bearing protection against scuffing, under very severe and difficult conditions such as high loads and high operating temperatures.
- Not compatible with PAG based lubricants.
