DESCRIPTION

Eni i-Sint XEF 0W-20 is a premium synthetic fuel efficient lubricant designed for use in high performance gasoline and light duty diesel engines equipped with advanced after treatment systems such as diesel particulate filters (DPF).

APPLICATIONS

Designed for use in high performance gasoline and light duty diesel engines equipped with advanced after-treatment systems such as Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF).

FEATURES AND BENEFITS

  • Eni i-Sint XEF 0W-20, thanks to its very good fluidity, ensures excellent performance at low temperatures and cold starts and provides rapid engine protection for longer engine life.
  • Its advanced synthetic premium formula, in combination with the low HTHS viscosity (≥2.6 and ≤2.9cP) helps to increase engine efficiency and improve fuel economy, for lower carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions.
  • Eni i-Sint XEF 0W-20 keeps the engine very clean, offers protection against wear and tear and provides long service life even under the most extreme driving conditions.
  • The presence in the formula of components with low volatility and at the same time high thermal stability significantly reduces oil consumption.
  • The improved formula helps to prevent or limit the so-called Low Speed Pre-Ignition (LSPI) phenomenon, an abnormality in the combustion of the fuel that can cause loud knocking noises and, in the most serious case, considerable engine damage (e.g. broken pistons, piston rings, connecting rods and spark plugs).
  • Eni i-Sint XEF 0W-20 meets or exceeds the requirements of the latest Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) specifications such as MB 229.71, BMW LL-17 FE+ (replaces BMW LL-14 FE+), Opel Vauxhall OV0401547 (replaces GM Dexos2: Gen2).
